I own the Ignite stroller from the first years and I thought this one would be almost same quality but I was wrong. It even arrived with a loose wheel, it didn't snap on so we had to improvise something else. I bought this for a trip to Disney but I am not happy with it, although very light (lighter than the ignite) the quality is not the same and the back is extremely short, my 3.5 year old does not fit comfortable in it. I would say spend 10 dollars more and buy another type.
I have only had this stroller for 2 weeks so I can't comment on its longevity. However, I had the Kolcraft cloud umbrella stroller and had to return it. When I walked my feet kept hitting the wheels, I'm 5'7". Otherwise, it was also a very nice stroller. Anyway, I got this one in its place and I'm happy to say I'm not having that problem. My son is 19 months and doesn't cry when I sit him in it, he looks happy and comfortable. It rides smoothly, easy to turn, easy to fold open or closed, and is pretty lightweight. I think it's only 11 lbs. It does have a recline feature but it reclines all of one inch, so I hardly count that as reclining. The sun canopy isn't huge but it shades my son from the waist up. It has a wider seat than the Kolcraft that I returned so I'm thinking it will give him more room to grow with. It has decent storage underneath for an umbrella stroller. I absolutely love the upper storage compartment. I can hold 2-3 water bottles, snacks, my phone, wipes and more!!! It also doesn't tip backward if I hang my purse on the handle. For the price of this umbrella stroller it offers a whole lot. I also own the city mini which is in a completely different price range but this umbrella stroller is just as good for short quick trips. I purchased it in red and am very pleased!!!
As a grandparent with back problems, this is a wonderful solution to being able to move the grandbaby around the house or outside. Lightweight and takes up very little space. Easy to open & close. Great for every day use but we use it primarily in the house to move our 3 mth old grandson, who already weights 25 lbs, between rooms. The straps are wonderful and hold him nice and secure. Our grandson loves it and it's definitely saving our backs.
I bought this for my son since he was struggling with a car seat-stroller combo every time he had to go out. Using a separate car seat and this stroller has made life easier. My granddaughter loves the stroller. They live in South Carolina so lots of sun. The sun shade keeps the sun off of her and my son loves the storage under the seat. The quality of the stroller is excellent and it is very easy to fold up and store away.
I was looking for a stroller for my 4 yr old daughter who is 47 lbs. We were taking a trip to D.C. and I knew there would be a lot of walking that she wouldn't be able to handle. It was hard to find a cheap stroller that held up to 50 lbs. This one did just that. I was worried the harness straps wouldn't fit her but they did. She was a little "tall" for it but it served its purpose. Easy to handle and folded just like an umbrella stroller. Also the handles were taller than most strollers which was nice. Didn't take up much room in the car either. Really worth the $40 price we paid. Small basket underneath but that's all I can say that's negative. Great product for your older toddler/preschool age child.
