The First Years Secure Comfort Fold-Down Bed Rails, Set of 2

This is easily on of the best products I have ever bought. Make sure you have two people to put it together though because some of the bars are really hard to hold in place and scew together at the same time. Other than the set up being difficult I have no issues with it. The rails are held together under the mattress by metal bars, not straps like most models. It's easy to suck it in really tight to the bed (with out squishing it down) so no little fingers or toes can get stuck too. I used it on a double wide mattress that is about 10in thick and I think it fits just fine. The side rails are plenty high enough and they are long enough on the bed that even if my son scoots way down I don't have to worry about him falling out. Over all I really like this product, I started out with a Safety First single bed rail and nothing I could do would keep that one in place on the bed and it interfered with the metal bed frame underneath. If you looking for a secure product this is definatly it!

We decided to go the bunky board option with my daughters twin bed rather than a box springs. I wasn't aware that this wouldn't work with the rail. We had to add some 2x4s under the board to get the rails in the right spot. I like the rails, it is pretty easy to get sheets on and off and have had no problems yet with durability. The rails easily fold down for sheet changes but do not lay flat against the bed in the down position (in case you wanted to put them out of sight). There is not enough room between mattress and rail for a comforter to fit, just sheets. Based on the reviews of the other products I would still choose to purchase this one.

We really like this bed rail. It was easy to put together and pull down to change the sheets. It fits very securely on the mattress, as to not let my daughter get stuck between the mattress and the bed rail.

Excellent product and well constructed. Safety was important to us and it appears very safe for our grandson.

works nicely, we thought it would help keep our 2 yr old in her new bed, it is nice to keep up to separate her bed from the wall and still be able to take off the rail on the outside. and i love the ship to store option.
