10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates (DVD)

I just got this dvd and it is great! I am not fit enough for the this one. I'll try one of the dvd for beginners then get back to this one.

I almost never exercise because I don't believe it will ever work (I mean make me slimmer) my husband bought me this dvd, and I left it there about 3 ~ 4 months before I really start to follow along, I exercised for about 2 month now (almost every day, but only chose 2 sections). I can feel my waist line shrinked a little bit as my pants became loose. I'm not over weighted, my waist size was about 29 inch, and now I can fit into 27 in pants. My worry is if I ever stop this workout, will be waist line grow bigger again :(

If you are not a beginner...this is not for you. It is very intense and you need to be in fairly decent shape already to be able to do this.
