I've had battery issues, network connection issues, bluetooth issues and it is not compatible with vista, so mine is basically a $400 brick paperweight.

Integration of Outlook 2003 and its ability to synchronize with more than one computer using Vista and XP is a definite advntage. Wireless connections are excellent. GPS using OSTIA system is a real benifit. Plastic flip lid is keeping scratches off the screen. Defininitely an improvement over previous IPAQs.

This product refused all commands when I tried to operate it. The letters were on the wrong keys and when you hit a letter, a different letter appeared. It was horrific! I spent countless hours trying to make this work to no avail. I will not recommend this product to anyone! I finally returned it after nearly a month!
