Just sand off old panels, recycle using light to med. coat of this product. Let dry good, you have a new panel.Worth a shot

Dries quickly and holds its body well. For the price, I don't think I'll switch to another medium anytime soon.

I used to use gesso to prime my panels for oil painting panels but it made my panels more absorbent. Recently I switched to oil ground and the difference is quite obvious! The oil ground makes panels less absorbent and so I am able to manipulate the paint better! This product is awesome!
