Whirlpool - 17.7 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually, I would give this refrigerator 4 1/2 stars. I have room for a 30" frig but after endless searching (others' reviews and Consumer Reports) I chose this Whirlpool because my primary goal was to find a refrigerator that kept temperature. So far so good! Setting the temperature for the freezer and the refrigerator takes a bit of patience but for me the factory setting was a bit too cold and I dialed it down a notch. I also was cautious when I read about some models being noisy. I definitely didn't want that. As it is, this one isn't silent - the motor sound isn't loud but it does run at a rather high pitched tone (think a Tesla starting up). I love the deli drawer but miss having a butter keeper. All in all, given the options for my narrow space, I think I made the right choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like it. It looks so beautiful in my kitchen. I like how the shelves in the door accommodate the big fat bottles of Smartwater and the smaller half size shelves are great as they can hold anything from a bag of shredded cheese to a tall bottle of Worcestershire sauce with ease. I never used the crisper drawers in my former refrigerator and had even removed them to create another shelf. The crisper drawers that I am now using and love Work so well and keeping Produce fresh and for long periods of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tho smaller than the one I had before, I have the shelving adjusted differently and I am very happy with the outcome. It's nice to have a well-working refrigerator that is easy to see into and looks nice, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This New Refrigerator is slightly smaller than our original one. It Holds More groceries than our Larger model! The Storage and Compartments are Fantastic. It is Very Well Designed and Gorgeous exterior. It keeps all our items Cold and Freezer is Perfect! Job well done by Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this just 2 weeks ago and from the start it's been malfunctioning. Optimal temp freezes food in fridge and doesn't freeze food in freezer. No setting works for both. Store won't let me return until repair person comes. Soonest appointment was 10 days out and in meantime running to store EVERY day so food doesn't spoil. Looked online for tips, instructions and there are dozens of bad reviews with this same problem. Untenable situation. I specifically chose Whirlpool bc I've had such good appliances made by them. But Whirlpool needs to stop selling this refrigerator.
