To be honest, I'm not sure what to really say about this product other than the fact that I have nothing against it — I usually take one after my last meal of the day/before sleeping!
Probiotics are important for gut health! And these are tiny and easy to swallow. Nature's Bounty provides some of the best quality of vitamins on the market for affordable prices!
I really love this probiotic. Others tend to hurt my stomach, but this one is really gentle and is very effective. If you're struggling with your skin, this is a good vitamin to add to your routine.
My DR put me on these. Ever senses I started tsking these I have felt so good. I think they help, and I would remand them to others. Try it just might help you. Ask your DR first.
