Bought the Green Machine, Jr, for my son's 6th birthday. Grandpa tried to put it together, but didn't get very far before he had to stop assembly and put the pieces back in the box. Many pieces missing from the box. There wasn't just 1 or 2 pieces missing.....roughly 27 pieces missing! Washers, wing nuts, screws, caps....all the pieces to hold the bike together were missing. To include the pedals!!!! A bike with no pedals, whoever heard of that? Extremely disappointed. Calling Huffy asap.
The Green Machine was purchased as a gift for a 6 year old boy. A good item to cause the boys to exercise, even when they don't realize it. You really must be specific on weight is my only concern.
My first time ordering online must say I was very impressed with how fast my order was shipped out. The color was great.
I was impressed with how well this is made. With the exception of the stickers (which don't stick well) this is made very tight and is sturdily built. My son is a little too small for it without some modifications (he is three) but he was still able to pedal it around. He loves it. It takes a few minutes to put it together but it is well worth it.
Bought these for my grandsons and my husband spent hours putting them together. The weather was bad and the children never got to use them outside. The controls did not seem to do all the ad said, i.e. just turned from side to side, no spinning around, etc. but we really could not test them properly. Alas we had to return the Green Machine Jr. Children need lots of space to ride them and a good storage place.
