(2 pack) (2 Pack) Johnson's Baby Tear Free Shampoo, 20 Fl. Oz.

This is NOT tear free. Every time it gets in my baby's eyes he cries because it's burning. When using the “head to toe” baby wash it doesn't. Explain?

I miss the old formulated Johnson's baby shampoo. It worked great to remove my eye makeup for years, I'm a young adult. Unfortunately when I tried the "new" formula it burned my eyes so I stopped buying this. The old formula was perfect for me, please bring it back.

I have been using the old formula of J&J Baby Shampoo for years and years to clean my eyelashes on the advice of my eye physician. Daily use would prevent painful dry eye. With the new formula I don't get the same results and my dry eye has returned. I'm so disappointed that I need to find another product and will be throwing this new formula out. Please bring back the old formula—if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved the baby shampoo he didn't break out like normal and the pump was the best idea less waste I can't imagine using anything else from now on. He smells so good after bath time I can't wait to try more products

The Johnson's Baby shampoo found is stores 3 years ago, the ones not marked with the words 'conditioners' left the hair dry and full. This Johnson's Baby shampoo found this year (2017) is marked "improved formula" and is usually sold as 'original formula online. It has conditioners and leaves hair silky and shiny and slicked down, close to the head. The true original does not have such conditioning effect, thus it leaves the hair greatly more full bodied and textured. A much different look ! I do not like this 'improved formula' version of Johnsons Baby shampoo, not at all.
