the aid my husband got didn't help a bit (he is severely deaf) Not saying it's a bad product, but that it doesn't work with those with severe hearing loss

The minute I put in the battery there was instant noise, like a constant running fan, like air. Tried every mode and still the same, brought it to my Aunt anyway the first time she tried it said when she lays down with it on it makes all sorts of noise. I will be sending it back with hopefully no problems from the seller. Very disappointed
