It amplifies the sound as well as the feedback which really hurts my hearing. I can't understand people with the feedback constantly happening, tried changing programs but it's the same thing.
It quits working for a few months and they refuse to replace it even if it still under the warranty.
Pretty sad that it didn't last long, it seemed like it would. I returned them to get a better pair since I don't have the money to but those expensive ones
Bought other hearing aids as well as this one for my grandma to try out, and this one never really lasted for more than a minute on her, she hated it.
It has to be snuggly fit so it won't make any whistling noises but the buds aren't meant to fit all the way through my ears
