First review: This is my second purchase of this product. The bass is unparalleled, even compared to $3000 systems. My son bought a 500-watt system that sounded too high-pitched. If you want powerful bass that you can feel in your chest, this is the one to go for. - Satisfied customer
I placed the speaker on the front racks of my ATV. Installing it was easy - just connect the wires to the battery and plug in the cigarette lighter. The speaker offers deep bass and high treble, catering to different music genres. It is durable as it survived being soaked. It is a high-quality product and worth the $130 price tag.
Upon opening the box, I noticed sticky residue on all seams. I installed it and set off on a camping trip. Shortly after starting my first ride, less than a quarter mile down the trail, it began to fall apart. The material seemed cheap and poorly assembled, almost like a DIY project. Unfortunately, I didn't even get to enjoy a full song before it fell apart.
After trying out the product, I found the connector design for the bluetooth connection to be very poor. The fragile 6-pin connector easily broke after a couple of uses, rendering the speaker unusable. The repair cost is $99, which is over 60% of the price of a new speaker. Without a better connector design, I am likely to encounter the same issue again. Be cautious before buying this product.
The product initially sounded great, but after a few weeks, the aux cable wires disconnected from the plug. The sound quality fluctuates due to a possible short in the wires. The audio tube is weatherproof, but the remote control for the handlebar is not. Despite storing it properly, the remote is already malfunctioning after just a month or two of use.
