Motherlove Moringa, Single-Herb Lactation Supplement, 60 Liquid Caps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken morninga during the first year of breastfeeding for both of my babies. I have insufficient glandular tissue so I take this along with shatavari to reach a full supply. I was told I would never reach full supply btw. Moringa helps with the hormone prolactin and has a synergistic effect with shatavari which is an estrogen regulator. Moringa also contains vitamins which help build back blood supply after birth and makes the milk more fatty. I like this version better than others I've tried because the powered form tastes terrible and this seems more potent and trustworthy.

Then bought Goats Rue and Moringa supplements as was struggling with my milk supply and my Lactation consultant suggested it to try these products from Mother's Love. Saw a bump in my milk supply in about few days. It can take a few weeks to see a difference for some, but for me it worked in a matter of days.

This is very important for me because I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby for over 9 months now and plan to do so for at least a year. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like it's hard to say for certain whether or not products like this *truly* work, I think a lot of it might be a mental game? Maybe? Unless you are noticing dramatic results which I am not, nor did I expect. I'm not experiencing a sudden over supply which never was the goal, but I'm also not seeing a dip or decrease. As my son gets bigger and the number of times he nurses a day becomes less and less I like to take a product like this for general over all supply support. My supply seems to be doing well so I will continue to take.

My milk production was really low at first, but after I started using this one continuously, I could satisfy 80% of my baby's needs.
