It's never worked for me. just googled why and the US FDA concluded it's a PLACEBO. I've wasted $100s for no reason. Sudafed with pseudoephedrine is the only medication that REALLY works to open up blocked nasal passages other than nose sprays which become addictive and cause horrible rebound if you stop using them. Sudafed works within 15 minutes for me and does not cause rebound or become addictive. No other pill of any sort works this well. It is a life saver.

I have been taking Sudafed red pill for 20 plus years it is actually the only thing that I have found that works for my sinuses and upper respiratory problems it does not make me sleepy like a lot of the other medications does I would recommend this to anyone that needs something for sinus and upper respiratory problems I usually get the box of 96 which is cheaper than buying 24 at a time as long as you don't over use not take for longer than you need them you want get to the point where they will not work for you

I have always been hesitant to use decongestants while working, because I work in direct patient care, and I am extremely sensitive to medications that can cause drowsiness. This is the FIRST medication that works on my congestion and didn't put me to sleep! Lifelong customer is born!

Sudafed Congestion works exactly how it proclaims. I've used this in its many forms for years for various reasons, including colds and allergies. In recent years, I've become very sensitive to most medications. I'm happy to say this product is one of the few I can still use without issue.
