Product arrived in damaged box that had been taped-up multiple times. Hardware was loose inside box. Missing both nuts for rear axle. Mounting brackets for rear cargo rack broken off. Seat has a 1 1/2 inch tear. The nuts were no problem to find at the hardware store, the cargo rack had to be secured to the rear fenders with wood screws (I did not have time to send it back for exchange before my grandaughter arrives.
Shipped fast. Very minimal work to put together, just tires and handle bars. Charged up 14 hrs and my 4 year old has driven it in sand, grass, asphalt and dirt roads. Smooth ride and has operated for 4 days around 2 hrs each day and has not needed a recharge yet. I highly recommend a 24 volt battery which is whhat we got. I don't think the 12 volt holds charge as long. My 8 year old that weighs 81pds rides on the 4 wheeler with my 4 yr old and it doesn't bog down at all. Metal parts are strong. I highly recommend this toy but make sure you get the 24 battery volt for longer run time
first one broke within 1 month and second one broke within 2 weeks.
The reverse and low gear stopped working after day 2. Very disappointed.
At first, it ran absolutely fine. Then the back wheel stopped turning. Read the other comments...there has been a problem with this before.
