I didn't have a medicinal hangover like I tend to have with prescription medications. I slept several hours before waking and was able to go back to sleep quickly. I like that you can travel easily with them and have no need to take food or water either them. They dissolve after several seconds and under 30 minutes I am fast asleep. My only issue was that the effectiveness is hit-or-miss for me. The third dose I tried I was still up most of the night, as usual. But the next time I tried it after that I slept okay. Overall, I think it is a good addition to my nighttime routine, and I will be using for the future.
