The worst. I had confidence in it as I have other Ninja products. Never heats up to the temp indicated in the dial. States to preheat 7 minutes - which may bring it up to just above rm temp. After two weeks and multiple attempts to have success and like the product, it has been retired and won't be replaced. Absolute disappointment. I know Ninja can do better. This is an abject failure.

I just bought this and have used it a half dozen times and I just love it! Don't like to cook outside for lots of reasons. It is a convenient size to sit on the counter in my RV. It is very easy to use essentially just plug it in. It is also very easy to clean. Easy to change from griddle to grill. It does give off a little smoke but keep my outside fan on when using. Food tastes much like I cooked outside ona barbecue.

I bought this 2 weeks ago, and have used it several times. I have made steaks, fajitas, French toast, pancakes on it. I have had excellent results every time. I especially like how easy it is to clean. The only negative thing I have to say, is that I wish it had an indication when it gets to temperature. I have been using a laser thermometer which works well. But I would highly recommend the unit, and look forward to using it a great deal.

I bought this for the convenience to grill indoor with the griddle. It exceeded my expectation! It's so easy to easy and clean up after use. Temperature and heating is even for me. It's not 100% smokeless just by simple science! But it doesn't leave a mess at all.

I wanted a grill I could operate other than a gas grill when my husband wasn't home to light it. He researched several electric grills and found the best reviews on this one. We have used it twice and love it. It is easy to clean. Think we will enjoy this little grill.
