I also really like that electrolytes are included in the formula since I feel like it makes me feel more refreshed and relaxed. I compare all my bath salts to the Dr.Teals brand and I don't personally think these lived up to that. But I didn't think they were bad at all. They dissolved and didn't leave a weird residue so that puts them ahead of some other brands. But I won't be switching.
