Step2 Dream Castle Convertible Bed

We bought this bed for our 3 year old on her birthday. She was moving to a big girl bed and into her own room so we needed something to distract her from not having a room-mate anymore. This bed did the trick! "I love my new bed" is her new mantra and she likes that she has her own room now. It is an investment but so far it was worth the money. Hopefully, she will still enjoy it when we convert it into a twin. I also like how the conversion parts are stored under the bed. Assembly didn't seem too bad (however, I was only the observer). My husband and almost 5 year old son put it together in about 1 1/2 hours. An electric screwdriver is a big help as the other reviews suggested. So far we all love it.

Me and my husband had a hard time trying to get our 5 year old to transition from our bed to her own, until we got the bed. She loved it and not only was it worth the money, it was easy to assemble and got delivered within 3 days. She now wants to hold princess sleepovers and it makes her Feel like a big girl. I highly recommend this for all parents of little girls. It is sturdy and has compartments to display her dolls, her favorite part is the night light that is not to bright but just right. She also loved to shop for her Disney Princess Bed Sheet Set.

I bought this bed for my 2 year old granddaughter. My daughter and I assembled the bed in less than an hour. We did use a power drill, which I think was definitely necessary. My granddaughter is thrilled with her big girl "princess" bed. I think the price is a little too high, but the quality is absolutely wonderful. She is using it now as a toddler bed and I hope it will continue to work this well as a twin bed. I can see where it may be necessary to reenforce it in a couple of places when the extentions are added. But all in all, I am very excited and happy with this bed.

Step 2 brand is such a great, reasonable, durable product. My 1 1/2 yr old was not sleeping in her crib, so we decided to get her a big girl bed. She was so excited when she saw this castle bed in her room, she has slept in it every night since I put it together. We did the same thing for our son who is now 5 1/2. He has the race car bed. With kids I think step 2 in the brand they can't break, and is well worth the money. Thank you walmart for making it so easy to find and pick up (site to store) what ever I am looking for.

My daughter loves the bed. It is very nice. We had a little trouble getting it put together, some items do not match right. After it was put together, although she loves the bed, if the headboard and footboard were not screwed in it would fall apart, the parts that connect together do not stay together. A girl loving the bed it meets expectations, the price is a little high for no more stable then the bed is. I would purchase it again only because she loves it and it is nice, but I would not pay the same price.
