I would add a vitamin d/k supplement to amplify bone health and calcium absorption. it is recommended to split the dosing to two times a day with food which is sometimes difficult for me because I fast until lunch. So for me and my busy lifestyle, I sometimes forget a dose. Overall I would keep using because I have seen some positive side effects such as less knee pain and overall more relaxed but would add an additional supplement of vitamin d/k

They go down rather easy. I have noticed some Increased energy and just overall wellness. I really think I will continue to use these frequently.
