These bottles leak no matter what you do. They were not a good deal!!!
The only reason I even buy these bottles still is because my baby loves his Dr Brown bottle. Dr Brown bottles always leak for me no matter what I've tried. It's unfortunate because they are not affordable enough for me to continually buy and replace. We put up with the leak just because of our baby.
BAD! Only buy if you want to change your babys clothes 8 times a day! These bottles LEAK! Baby’s chest is soaking wet after every feeding because of the leakage, even after reposition and re-secure all the parts. Also is a waste of formula with the constant leak. A lot of parts to wash, I wouldn’t mind the laborious cleaning of these bottles if they will serve the purpose but the leakage is a true inconvenience.
The dr brown's original baby bottles 4oz are good for my baby since he was born. I got the green ones so I tried the blue ones. These have a cover so it's a plus. The bad part is that we kind of mix it with the green ones, so the bottles leak. Even so, these bottles are great in reducing my baby's gas problems. Plus there's not a lot of bubbles inside when he drinks (thanks to the vent feature).
I do not like the fact that these bottles leak when they are laid on their side.... if they fall over in the diaper bag everything will get soaked they leak out of the top to the bottle not the nipple
