Very good coconut milk
Good product, adds flavour to in our case chicken
The taste was exquisite
It's coconut milk. I use it in soups and casseroles. It's common for coconut milk to have 'coconut cream' which separates from the milk but I haven't found that with this brand in Canada. Even if it did occur with this brand, the product would still be usable and fulfill it's purpose. I'm pleased that I can buy it conveniently.
This is the only coconut milk I can get to separate in the fridge for recipes that require coconut cream.
