This is the second one I have replaced within a short time. Each one stopped feeding the tape. Tried multiple tapes and checked tapes in a second machine and they worked perfectly. It seems the roller near the print head does not grip the tape well. Not recommended, but if it works it is very good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Dymo LetraTag 100T Labeller and I am very happy with my purchase. It is easy to set up and use. I would recommend this product to others looking to buy a good quality labeller for a decent price.
This is a great labelmaker. We got the larger version. It types well, there are options to change font and size as needed. The cassettes are easily available in supermarkets and online. The labels are easy to affix and don't come off. All-in-all, a very well-designed labelmaker. We have used it in the kitchen and the office.
My Dymo label maker has helped me to become so much more organised. It's allowed me to finally sort out a drawer that I used to hate opening as it was such a mess. It contained an assortment of personal and business documents which had to be filed and clearly labeled for future reference. I only wish I had purchased this fantastic piece of office equipment years ago.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's OK for basic labelling and it is in the lower end of the devices available so it's the old saying, you get what you pay for. While there are features for altering text size, adding boarders, diacritical marks, there is no re-positioning of the text so it sits perfectly in the centre of the tape, it is always to the lower edge. The cutting feature is less than desirable especially if you have osteoarthritis. It takes a tremendous amount of force to engage the cutter and it will not always cut the tape or cut it cleanly meaning having scissors on hand is required for a neat finish. As stated, for a lower priced and less fanciful model it is OK and I wouldn't say don't buy it, I would say to take into consideration what you are wanting to use it for and if it meets your required needs.
