Works perfectly! This is helping to slow down my cat's eating.

i bought a couple of these to use as slow feeders. They work really well, are easy to use, and seem durable and not likely to crack or break easily if they roll off a table or counter. My younger cat figured out how to push it around to dispense the kibble right away. I like these toys.

I definitely recommend this product, even if your pet isn't overweight. Making your pet work for their food adds mental stimulation to their daily routine, which is always good. Especially for pets who are indoors all the time, or who don't get walked more than 30 minutes daily. Adjustable: The opening closes completely, so you can actually twist it to adjust the size of the opening. This is especially great if you have tiny kibble like with GO! cat food. Level of Difficulty: Easy-Moderate. The food comes out easily if this is pushed around since there are 2 holes opposite of each other. It's not really a challenge, but it does succeed in forcing your pet to slow down while eating. Color: You cannot choose it. Mine came in blue. Cats & Dogs: Most dogs will enjoy this and learn how to use it right away. As for a cat... a cat may not knock it around long enough for the treat to fall out, and may quickly lose interest.
