Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength Antacid Assorted Fruit Heartburn Relief Chews, 75 Count

The assorted fruit flavors were awesome. They worked ok on heartburn but not great. Kind of hard to chew. Small package was very handy. A little to high on the price.

Love love love. I swear by these things. They say works in seconds and they are not lying. They work so quick. They taste good. I cannot recommend these relief chews enough. You will not be disappointed.

These work very well for me for when I have heartburn. They taste pretty yummy too. They come in a couple different flavors. The texture is good and easy to chew up without that chalky taste.

I used to be able to buy these in Ontario Canada Pharmacies, however, they are no longer available here and can only buy them when we go south for a vacation in Florida. They work better than any other product I have tried. Within moments I feel relief from the burning in my throat that seems to come, up long after eating. I prefer the taste and the fast relief I receive. Try them… if you can get them where you live. They work great

I was hesitant on trying them as I usually do not like to take any medication that I have to suck on or chew as they normally have an after taste or they are chalky. This was not the case with these chews. They had a pleasant taste and were not chalky at all. They were fast acting and helped get rid of my heartburn quickly. I would definitely recommend these chews to my friends and family.
