It is absolutely the best way to clean your cpap. You just pop the face piece in the top of so clean and off you go. I had a little trouble figuring out how to attach the lid to the water chamber. I called so clean and the lady on the phone talked me through the process. Easy as pie!!
Not impressed, some trouble with this new model in which it supposed to know if there is a hose in the unit, this is the second time it saying that there is no hose...which is wrong, each time the hose is in the available slot, so then I have to do the manual setting.
I purchased this machine 2 months ago and love it. It is sooo easy all I have to do is put my mask inside the machine every morning & it will be clean when I get ready for it at night. I have been using a cpap machine since 2004 & I wished I had bought this a long time ago. The money is well worth it .
So easy. I feel more confident that my equipment is clean as opposed to when I would wash it out myself (when I remembered to). With my SoClean, I just put the mask into the machine (which is next to my cpap machine), and let it do its thing. I am really happy with it.
