Braun Series 7 790cc Wet Dry Mens Electric Shaver with Clean Station

I haven't tried using an electric razor for about 20 years. I hated the ones I had tried. I finally have this a whirl and after 2 weeks, I love it. I have a difficult beard to shave and it handles it well and with very little irritation. I took away a star because the kissing says "wet dry," but the instructions say to use on a dry face and says to not get the device wet. I'm glad I read first!

Well I guess electric shavers haven't changed in the last 20 years after all. Based on the reviews, I thought all that new technology would provide a decent shave but I was wrong. This shaver is every bit as useless as the Braun I tried 20 years ago. The self clean feature is cool but what good is that if you can't get a good shave. After I use this electric, I still have to clean up with a safety razor. Expensive mistake purchasing this shaver.

Better performance than expected, I bought this for my husband, he had very sensitive skin, and this is the answer to his shaving problems, and he can shave himself now, because of his disabilities I was shaving him. But now with a little guidance he can do it. It works really well,

The Braun Series 7 790cc gives a close shave, is quieter than some other shavers I've seen, easy to clean by just inserting in the cleaner/sanitizer device. I use a can of spray air to blow out sections of the head that the cleaning device occasionally misses.

Almost a year in and loving it. It's quick and clean especially when the facial hair is not too long. The only drawback that made it lose a star is that the pods for the cleaning solution does not always use all of the solution. It will leave about a quarter of the solution remaining. However, I do recommend the product if you don't mind having to buy additional cartridges for the cleaning station.
