I have been taking these Vitamin C Time Release tablets for several years and my sick days are almost none. I am 67 years old and these have kept my immune system in such strong condition that I have only been sick about 3 or 4 times in the last 12 - 15 years of taking these. The time release gives more and longer C to your system than non time release and lets your body use the whole 1000 mg instead of losing it through your kidneys. 100% satisfaction when I can find it.
