It's not reliable. Things are not working. Smart program has a mind of its own. Rotisserie holder is plastic and breaks easily. Basket is very hard to clean. Trays are non stick which is awesome. Wish the basket was non stick. The only thing I really like is that I can dehydrate and air fry. If all of the kinks are worked out then it would be a great little appliance.

I absolutely LOVE my Instant Pot, which is the main reason I chose to try the Instant Vortex Plus 10 Quart Air Fryer Oven. I use this product often for air frying vegetables, potatoes and chicken. I love the rotating basket feature, but I have found that, for rotisserie cooking, the Vortex is just not big enough to cook a large enough chicken for my family's needs. It is just not sturdy enough. I prefer to roast chicken on the rack instead. I would like to see a larger version of this oven which includes a toasting feature, and maybe even a higher heat capability. Alternatively, a simple extra-large capacity basket air fryer would do the trick. Would I test a newer and improved version of the Vortex Air Fryer Oven? Definitely yes!

I love my air fryer. I use it all the time. What I especially appreciate is the customer service I received from this company. I received my air fryer for Christmas. The second time I used it I noticed there was something wrong with the temperature control (things like that happen). I had already thrown away the packaging, and my gift giver had tossed the receipt, so I didn't think I could return it to the store. I wrote the company, and they promptly and graciously replaced my unit- free of shipping costs and I didn't have to hassle with returning the defective unit. I had been dealing with horrible customer service from other companies (packages not arriving, items missing from orders, etc), and this experience was so refreshing! My new unit works great and I couldn't be happier! This company makes a great product, and I also have the pressure cooker that received that the year before. I use both frequently. I can tell you, that after the great customer service I received, coupled with great products, Instant Pot has a loyal customer! Kudos!

This airfryer has changed my life! Making something quick and hot to eat has been a game changer on work days. I tell my kids all the time I became an expert cook when I purchased my first instant pot and when you add this air fryer to it, there is no match for me in kitchen. The best part about the air fryer is my 15 year old son can make his own meals and snacks which is great for me.

These things need recalled! So many issues. Time changes on own, lights shut on and off, the temp changes on own and goes from celcius to fairenheit. On my 3rd one!
