Hidden Valley Ranch Night Buffalo Ranch Premium Seasoning Mix, 1 oz

This wing packet was really good! We used the recipe on the back of the packet and it tasted good. We would use this again! I don't like food super hot and this was a great temperature for me. My husband likes it too but would prefer something hotter. We both liked the flavor a lot.

This buffalo ranch mix is so delicious. We actually use half on our homemade hot wings and we use the other half for our jalapeño peppers deep-fried with the seasoning and honestly it was so good. It gives you the perfect spicy flavor without being too salty. It definitely takes your meals up a notch. You definitely get more than enough.

I came across this hidden valley ranch buffalo mix and I had to try it it looks so good. I really like how easy it is to add it to other sauces to give it that kick in an extra flavoring. The pack comes with quite a bit where I was able to make a buffalo ranch dip and add some of it to the wings. Am I opinion it's not too hot gives a perfect amount of spice and flavor. I think it taste so good that we have been purchasing it and making some thing once a week with it. I also have been putting it in my ranch and dipping my vegetables in it and it taste so good. It Hass to be very popular because every time we try to buy it there's only one pack left if we're lucky. If you haven't tried this yet you should because you will love it. I can't handle a ton of spice or ton of hot spices at all. My stomach is pretty sensitive in this packet didn't give me any issues at all I really like the flavor and I love the fact I can eat it without making my stomach upset. There are so many different uses for this mix I can't wait to keep trying different recipes and adding it to different things because it gives an extra flavor that I truly love.

I didn't have chicken wings but I had chicken breast. I chopped up sweet onion and a red onion; I added a bit of butter to a 9 x 13 pan; I cubed the chicken and tossed it with the onions and the hidden valley ranch buffalo seasoning and pepper and paprika. I baked it for about 30 minutes at 350°, stirring occasionally. Everybody loved it! I served it with a drizzle of ranch dressing and mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies. It was some thing different and that is good for us.

The directions say to add 1 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika to this mix then shake the chicken up in the mix. At first, I didn't think there was enough mix to coat the chicken, but sure enough, there was. The issue I have with this product is the end result flavor was overwhelmingly that of smoked paprika. I didn't taste any ranch and I didn't taste any buffalo flavor. I only tasted smoked paprika. This makes the whole premise of this product useless. Since I only got one packet of this buffalo ranch, I couldn't experiment with a different measurement of paprika, so I can't even offer a suggestion that might allow a favorable opinion. So, in my opinion, it's not worth it to purchase this item.
