Mediterranean Pitted Olive Mix

The Asaro Family has been harvesting and crushing olives in the Valle del Belice, Sicily since 1916. Our olives are hand-picked, processed same day within four hours of being picked, and preserved with naturally green and have a mild, buttery flavor. They are great for snacking, and pairing well with cheese and antipasto.

This mix provides the best of olives from three different varieties. The olives are seasoned in a brine made with sunflower oil, hot peppers, and garlic. The mix of the Mediterranean flavors gives unique and varied tasting notes that make for a great addition to salads and appetizers
