I first was a little confused on how to use the pads. The beige color bamboo rayon velour material side goes against your breast and the blue smooth side goes against the brassier. The materials are really soft and feel great against the skin; I didn't have any discomfort while wearing the pads. I was worried that being cloth, I would feel the discomfort of having a wet cloth on me, but it was quiet the opposite. I never really felt wet as milk was leaked onto them, which is a huge positive. I like that they are shaped as a circle which makes it less obvious that you are wearing them. they are not very thick but with thin shirts and bra, I can see them showing through. I would rather get the round shaped pads for that reason. The round-shaped overnight nursing pads are for overnight, but I used them during the day too. The heart shaped are thinner, and for normal light day use. I wash them with my regular clothes and they still work great. Directions say to machine wash on warm and dry them on medium heat. No fabric softeners since it makes them less absorbent. The only negative is that I am used to the disposable nursing pads sticking to my brassier, for obvious reasons that isn't possible with cloth nursing pads. Regardless, this product is great and I would recommend to any nursing mother.

Bamboobies Washable Nursing Pads, 2-Pair, Overnight are the best brand of nursing pads that I have used and I have used atleast 4 or 5 different kinds! I find that these pads absorb enough throughout the night that I don't leak through my shirt but also the baby does eat in the middle of the night. Not sure how'd they hold up during an 8 hour stretch. Also love how I just throw them in my laundry or the babie's laundry and reuse no need to buy more. I own the daytime ones too. Both kinds are soft and smooth. Can't even tell I have nursing pads on because they are not bulky or shoe through the shirt. I highly recommend this brand!

She even bought more after i gave her these 2 sets. She says - "They were bigger than I expected (a little bit bigger than disposable nursing pads) and much, MUCH softer than disposables. I often forget that I'm wearing them and have to check to make sure. The night pads are round and decently thick without being awkward. The day pads are heart shaped and thin. Both night & day pads are very soft and despite wearing both during times of high leakage neither one has spilled or soaked through to my shirt. They don't dry very quickly if they do get very wet (but this may be true of all washable nursing pads) and they will occasionally stick to my nipple if they dry after being very wet (again, may be true of all washable nursing pads) but neither of these is particularly irritating, especially if you have another pair on hand. They are also not completely invisible in a bra (especially a thin bra) but I haven't noticed a difference between the Bamboobies and a disposable nursing pad. The heart shape of the day pads is cute, but I would prefer round ones because the heart shape sometimes slips under my nipple."

Every nursing mom must have! These nursing pads are soft and very absorbent. They work well for overnight. You can't even tell that your wearing them so they are good for being on the go as well. They are also washable so no need to spend a lot of money on nursing pads.

Amazing! My kiddo is 2, so my let down and leaking has slowed down by down, but I love these! They don't stick to the skin or feel heavy. I usually wear those stretchy seamless sleep bras, and noticed some shifting did occur. I wore a pair of these for about 18 hours (slept in, then did chores all day) and they held up so well!!! Love it!
