Carr 102552 Hoop II Truck Step Fits 97-06 Wrangler (TJ)

Like anything ordered on line, you never know what you're going to get delivered to your door. These Carr Hoop II Steps are everything I hoped for and more! I am a big guy! They don't flex or anything when I climb up in my truck. These steps give my truck the look I want. They are a great product. I will buy them again for my next truck!

Just simply amazing! Kinda hard to install but its worth it, i bought these a year ago for my 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 and they look sexy and haven't failed on me yet! If I had to say something I disliked about them it would be that they collect mud like no other. Like I said, I have had them on my truck for a year and I drive a lot off-road and on gravel and the paint job has lasted in almost perfect condition.

The step is very good. Was able to use the currently installed brackets which made the install a breeze. The only down point was i ordered Black finish for a change and received Silver The old step was silver so not enough of an issue to do a return...

These were way more difficult to install than in the instructions. The F250 does not have the bolt holes underneath to support this add-on and holes must be drilled. The time to install this product was more like 2 hours for the 1st one. the others went on easier but required drill bits and other tools no shown in the instructions.

Arrived promptly and Real Truck's site provided lots of info. The installation notes are very good but it will still take a bit of time to drill the few holes that are needed. However, after having these for about a month I would consider the 20" long super (mega?) hoop as that would give more flexibility for people of different leg lengths. In the end I am happy with them.
