I love the concept of being able to use a hard wax at home because I liked it when I would go to salons but unless you work quickly with this product it dries pretty quickly . It also was hard to heat up or it took Multiple attempts in the microwave to heat it up. Once I was able to actually use it, it worked well with removing the hair.

I'd say this wax is a good product if your willing to take the time and effort to put it on your skin. If you add a layer that's to thin it will crack and not work properly, but if you put a little thicker coat on your skin and allow it cool down to the right temperature then it will peel off and take the hair off without pain. I will say you have to heat the wax in the microwave so keeping an eye on it so it doesn't get to hot is kinda annoying. Another thing is this wax is EXTREMELY messy! I advise you lay a towel on the floor while you use it so it does not get everywhere and you have a huge mess to clean up like I did! Definitely use the oils and lotions before and after applying this product. I'd say this beats shaving with a non electronic razor and the results last much longer. I don't have to use the wax for about 3.5 weeks and to me that's worth it!

These products are easy to use, leave you smooth with no reaction. The first time I used them I was nervous about the mess but while using I was completely surprised at the products a and how it was not messy. I definitely recommend this to everyone who is all about doing your own at home waxing treatments.

I thought it was OK for an at home kit, but it was not as good as a salon. I used it to wax my lower legs and it dried so fast and was crackly. It didn't come off in one smooth pull. Also, the cup and wax inside was so small. It wasn't enough to even do my lower legs once. If you are using it for a smaller area, like eyebrow or lip, I'm sure it's fine. But for larger areas like legs, I don't know if I would buy it again. I wanted so badly to love it, but it didn't live up to my expectations.

Wax was no different from European Wax Center quality. It wasn't difficult to use at all. The only reason I had any kind of issues I'm sure is because I'm not a professional: I had flakes of stray wax that were not super fun to chip off! Otherwise this product is seriously high quality. My skin is sore but undamaged with no residual feeling unlike a EWC visit. I used Thayers Toner witch hazel for cleanser and the oil after.
