Orajel 4X Medicated For Toothache & Gum Relief, Cooling Gel, 0.25 oz (Pack of 3)

Purchase to take away pain. I was getting better relief with clove oil. At best dulled the pain, in 20 mins the pain is back. It use to be better yrs ago, formula had to have changed.

A friend of mine brought me some to use when I had a terrible tooth ache a couple of days ago. The relief was instant and lasted all night. I went and bought some the next day.

I purchased this for an extremely painful, cracked tooth. The pain relief wasn't instant, however, it did provide temporary relief within about two minutes. The taste is a little off-putting.

I picked this stuff up as a last resort for my molar that cracked off and now has an exposed nerve the pain was so intense I'd have to rate the pain on the scale of 1-10 a 8.5. As soon as I put this stuff along the gum line and in the tooth it was instantaneous relief. I can not recommend this enough it held me over till I was able to get to the dentist this stuff is magic (it's really just really really good numbing agent)
