Aqua-Tech Ultra Quiet Power EZ-Change # 3 Filter, 20-40 Gallon Tank

This is not the model with the Biological "Red" Filter which I wanted. The one I received has a "sponge" type bio filter. May be ok, just prefer the hard red plastic bio filter. I expect it is (as good)?? Aqua Tech is the best!

Excellent product, except you can't control water flow. I purchased one from another retailer that has a dial that allows you to turn down the water flow or have water flow as maximum speed.

I bought this filter on clearance some time ago for $12.45 its a very good filter. It gets 160gph and has a quiet motor. For the price its totally worth it, I have this filter and a few of the 5-15 aqua techs on my tank and its keeping it clear and safe for the fish. If your are looking for a decent filter for a 20G tank this would be it. Or if you were like me trying to add more filtration to an bigger tank for added filtration well this is perfect for that as well. Overall good product.

Quiet enough for the tank in my living room. Not sure I'd want it in a bedroom. Now to see how long it will last. Don't understand why this filter is about $10 cheaper if ordered online with in store pick up than it is to go to the store and get one off the shelf. It was pretty clear someone had gotten it off the shelf and took it to the online pickup area.

I BOUGHT A TEN GALLON AQUARIUM KIT, PUT IT TOGETHER , AND AFTER THREE WEEKS OF NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, I FINALLY STARTED LOOKING AT WHAT CAME IN THE KIT, AND REALIZED THE FILTER THAT CAME IN THE KIT WAS JUNK, AND DIDNT FILTER SQUAT, WHICH EXPLAINED MY FILTHY WATER AND CHANGING THE CARTRIDGE DAILY TO TRY TO SAVE MY FISH. I BOUGHT THIS FOR A TEN GALLON AQUARIUM, (YES I KNOW IT IS BIGGER THAN NECESSARY) , AND SINCE I PUT IT IN, AND STARTED USING IT, IT HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS, MY FISH WATER IS PERFECTLY CLEAR, AND HEALTHY, MY FISH ARE COLORFUL AND BUSY , AS THEY SHOULD BE, ALL OS GOOD, EXCELLENT PRODUCT , WORKS VERY WELL, RUNS QUIET, AND DOES THE JOB IT IS SUPPOSED TO. FOR FIVE BUCKS MORE, I ADDED THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY AS WELL.
