I have always had very good results with the Slim Fast shake program. This product works very well for me. In the very early days people complained that these shakes had a "chalky" taste to them. I definitely encourage them to try them now. The taste is great. There is no "chalky" taste. There is a a good chocolate flavor which make this system preferable to the more expensive and long-term systems you see advertised on TV.

This is the best chocolate diet drink. No problem with after taste and does the job in replacing a meal. Very satisfying. Best to keep in refrig and drink ice cold.

Great taste and keeps you are not as hungry as others. Great for vitamins I don't get through the day.

I ordered slim fast online from WalMart. The items ordered were delivered in a timely manner. However, whoever packaged the items must have been having a bad day. When i opened the box, there was very little packin, and many of the bottles were free to tumble around during shipment becasue the wrapping was torn. A few of the bottles were dented but not severe. It was just sloppy work.

I drink one every morning as my breakfast. I love the taste of the drink and it does not drive glucose reading up (diabetes type II).
