Nature's Miracle Dog Urine Remover with Enzymatic Formula Spray, 1 gallon

I'm not sure why the negative reviews. I've used this product for years and it has kept my very light colored carpet in excellent shape no matter what kind of doggy accident - puppy house breaking accident, vomit leaving that awful yellow bile stain, watery diarrhea that I didn't get home to find for several hours. And when my older dog had to go on prednisone, I misjudged the impact of his increased thirst on the frequency and VOLUME of his urine! I woke up to find carpet positively drenched! I vacuumed up with a wet/dry shopvac to get as much urine as possible then mostly followed the directions on the package. I let it soak 15 minutes, but then dumped more water, shopvac again, then repeated a third time. It was a LOT of urine! After that, I blotted the remaining dampness with a towel. After it dried, the carpet looked perfect, and now enough time has passed that I can't remember precisely where that spot was. This is an EXCELLENT product, and I'm never without it!

My dog had an unfortunate accident on my couch. I heard great things about this product so I purchased it and attempted to remove the urine stain. The product covered up the odor with the most potent smell imaginable (think rest stop bathroom smell) and made the stain significantly worse. Absolutely avoid this product.

I have used this stuff for decades. Until now. It used to have a very light citrus scent. But this latest bottle has a overwhelmingly powerful old-lady floral fragrance. I had to wash the floor two more times, with baking soda and plain water, open the door and turn on the fan, despite a big storm outside, just to lessen the smell of the product. It was unbelievably strong and unbelievably awful. Why the heck did the manufacturers make this change?

I have been using this product on my mattress every night this week to try to get rid of the urine. Using a black light I can see that it has gotten better but hasn't completely elemiminated the urine. Frustrating as I have used half of a gallon bottle and have to reapply every night! Hopefully it will eliminate everything soon and I will be able to sleep in my bed once again.

Our dog was recently pregnant and towards the end had a few accidents in the house. Since we rent we wanted to take care of the carpets right away. We used natures miracle like directed on the bottle gave it about 2 weeks and the smell was still there so we did what was suggested for tough odors and pulled back the carpet and thourally soaked the padding underneath waited an hours and blotted as much moisture as possible and gave it another 2 weeks with fans in the room. Still had a strong odor so we took out the padding in that section of the carpet all together, soaked the sub floor and re cleaned the carpet and I still smell it. It's in one area of a room, we've done the sniff test on literally every inch of carpet in that room and the carpet still smells and only in that one area. I spent a lot of money on 3 of the gallon jugs .I was really hoping this was going to be the solution for the carpet before we move out.
