It includes everything my doctor has told me to take throughout the pandemic. I started taking it a few days before my vaccination and minimal symptoms. Friends and family who took nothing prior all had some symptoms after their first and second vaccine dose. I'm going to stay on this until the pandemic has passed completely. Love that it's only a single capsule to take as well! Highly recommend and I have my whole family on it now.
