Natrol - Alpha Lipoic Acid Antioxidant Protection 600 mg. - 30 Capsules

I developed incontinence and unfortunately, nothing seemed to help it until I tried Alpha Lipoic 600 capsules twice a day. The incontinence got down to a manageable level. I have no side effects which is unusual for me! I even react to Tylonel. I am so grateful for this medication!

So far it has been helping the why I feel through the day. I don't seem to feel nearly exhausted when I get home from work. This vitamin has also seemed to help a bit with my leg and feet pain. Most of the pain is from being in my feet for so long at work but this has seemed to help. The pill size is easily swallowed and not big compared to some other vitamins.

This was small enough that I didn't have to worry about taking it. I added it to my morning routine and I know it may sound simple that when you add one thing it changes your day but I honestly believe that sense of added this supplement it helps with my aches and pains that I usually have while working I'm really excited to get more and see if it's still works as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hypoglycemia and already have low blood sugar. I did take this for a few weeks hoping for the weight loss side of it but I did not see any results other than my blood sugar staying very low. This is clearly not the right supplement for me.
