Spenco Propel + Carbon Performance Insoles Women's 5-6.5/Men's 4-5.5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new carbon insoles from Spenco Propel. I've been wearing them for about two weeks now and my feet don't hurt anymore. I used to get done with jogging and my feet would hurt so bad but that's not the case anymore. They are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable.

They were a little hard at first and I thought that they might hurt my feet because there really isn't any cushion to them but it was just the opposite…..they make my feet feel more stable! I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs support in their shoes and an arch support as well!

They go into your shoes very well. Just slide them in and start your day ms with a comfortable feeling all the time.

They helped me maintain and improve my foot health rather I was exercising or just going about my busy day. I know that I can count on these insoles to keep my feet from feeling sore or tired. I plan to keep using them as my go to insole from now on.
