The daily support, cinnamon and chromium dietary supplement… I really didn't see a whole lot of difference in taking the supplement. I will say that you can taste the cinnamon when you swallow the capsules and you take two of those a day. I don't think I've taken it long enough to really see a difference so I will continue.

They smell like cinnamon it they don't have a taste.

These capsules help support sugar and fat metabolism. Take 2 capsules a day. These seem to work pretty well. Personally I would rather take the capsules than drink the shakes. This bottle contains 60 - so a month supply.
