Clean and clear deep action cream cleanser is a good but not high quality cleanser. This cleanser will leave your face dry, and the effect is mild, it will not remove stubborn acne and acts more as a daily or night moisturizer cleanser. The scent is minty and leaves your face feeling refreshing with the exfoliating beads.

I used this regularly as a teen, and loved how it made my skin feel squeaky clean. Now, I'm not so much after that feeling of tightness it gives me. I do like the creamy consistency though. Definitely a cleanser for oily skin

This exfoliating scrub rinses clean, leaving my skin feeling smooth and non-greasy, unlike some that cling to the skin long after washing. Its lack of oil helps keep my skin balanced throughout the day, which is something else I like about it. Additionally, the recipe appears to balance hydration. Compared to previous washes I've used, my skin feels hydrated and I've seen less irritation or redness.

Just so you know, hoards of faithful users of the ild formula are scrambling to find something ELSE that will do what your Original Formula used to do. This is NOT an improvement! We are breaking out almost immediately, faces and bodies that relied on this wash for years are now just trashed with immediate bumps, breakouts and residue, and a nasty cheap perfume smell stuck on the skin. No one purchased this for the scent people. Not a good call on your part… you're losing SO many customers for changing your formulas… why change something that was working so well for so many people? Paying customers? To save a buck? Bummer because unless you bring back the original stuff, you're going to continue to lose a lot of money. Google the reviews, do your research, make it right! BRING BACK YOUR OLD FORMULA'S!

I had been buying this product for decades and chose it over the most expensive facial cleansers because it was just better. The recent formula change is a disaster, it caused me to swear off Kenvue products. It leaves my skin dry and itchy, has a much worse texture, and the smell - which was iconic for long-term customers - is now awful. I will never understand why businesses ruin successful cash cow product lines, or, when they make a change consumers hate, arrogantly refuse to listen. The result? I stopped buying it. More than that, I now actively tell people about how terrible it is. This was an unforced error. Completely baffling how management could screw up this badly.
