30" Multi-Material Cat Scratching Post (Colors May Vary)

My kitten doesn't scratch it, she climbs it! I didn't realize how tall it was going to be but it's not an issue. I think it's good quality and will last her several years.

I have a medium/large cat and he loves this post. This is the second one I have purchased because he is incredibly hard on them, shredding the rope on the post to strings. I don't mean to make it sound like it is not well made, because it is. It's very durable, sturdy and good exercise for my cat. The first one lasted a little over a year and obviously I was satisfied because I purchased another, and if available, will purchase another when the time comes!

Our three cat family loves this scratching post. It is very sturdy especially when my large cat is going to town on it. It does not move. We put catnip on the carpeted base and sit back and enjoy watching them play. Of course the most important aspect of the post is the cats have lost their desire to ruin my furniture!!

My cat loves her new scratching post ... I was amazed that she took to the sisal so quickly ....also I used a shoelace and tied it around the top and tied a play mouse to the bottom of the shoestring...and she loves to bat it around....this is actually the only toy besides her feather toys that she's taken to immediately.... It's nice and tall so she can really scratch on it and stretch .... She hasn't knocked it over yet because it has the square base ..... I like the fact that it has the carpeting on the bottom because my cat also likes to scratch carpeting and it's a bit of an incentive for her not to scratch my living room rug .... The only thing I would recommend is that the sisal be wrapped a bit tighter around it ... But thus far it's holding up well ... I was able to get mine with free shipping the day Walmart ran it and I think for the price it's a really good buy.... Mine came with all beige carpeting so it's nice looking too...I don't have any problems with the quality of the carpeting they used.... It is quality carpeting..And I didn't realize it until it arrived but it's treated with catnip too...so I see that as a plus.... Yes I would recommend this scratching post to others .

This was an awesome buy for our cats Kiara and Bohdi. They just couldn't wait for us to get it out of the box. Thank You Walmart for making our cats happier. Sandra
