It's really delightful and fits together with bananas perfectly. But pay attention to the milk. Mostly you need 1/3 cup less to have it thick

I love this for when I'm making cake or banna pudding with vanilla wafers. But my GO TO and absolute GAME CHANGING recipe i use this in? BANANA BREAD! Holy crap does it make a HUGE difference in the bread. So much more moist and delicious. I also use vanilla for a little less intense banana flavor. People will be begging for your recipe!!

I love this product. Great taste and consistency. I prefer homemade but this product is right up at the top with homemade. Only this I wish is that there was an option to buy larger containers and I wish I could get it in my local store more consistent.
