Infantino - Right Angle Tummy Triangle

I bought this for my daughter who was born premature. She was struggling with holding her head up and hated tummy time at 3 months old. Within two days I noticed a huge difference. She was able to last on her stomach for more than five minutes and actually lifted her head a little. One month of having this, and not giving her as much tummy time as I should because she's at daycare for about 10 hours every day, and she's getting close to being a tummy time master. She has her moments when she doesn't want to do it, but when is a baby ever perfectly happy? But she can go for 15 minutes at a time most days. I've noticed a huge difference in her strength.

My 3-month old daughter hates tummy time, and I've tried many different tools and techniques (towel, boppy, tummy on tummy etc.). So far, she can tolerate this one the most. She can still only do a few minutes at a time, but progress has been made. Would recommend if you're at wits' end with tummy time.

I have received the Right Angle Tummy Triangle from Infantino to facilitate my review. But, before that, I would use play mats bought for tummy time, or even my child's favorite toys and blanket. This held my child's attention the longest. It has bright and vibrant colors and patterns. The music and timer were nice to have/use as well. I found this easy to assemble and yes, batteries came with it! We are overall, very pleased with this product!

I've been using the Infantino Right Angle Tummy Triangle for a few weeks now and I have not been disappointed with it. This keeps my baby occupied while I prepare dinner AND she's able to get some much needed tummy time with it. My only complaint is that she's starts hollering for my husband or I to pick her up if she is on the Infantino for longer than ten minutes. Sigh. I need a minimum of 30 minutes to prepare dinner so obviously I'm in a bit of a pickle. BUT that's not Infantino's fault and I honestly believe that my daughter's issue with it is based on her temperament not the product itself. We will continue to use it because as I stated, it does allow her to get tummy time and she gets very excited when she sees the toys positioned in front of her. Before I had the Right Angle Tummy Triangle, I had tried putting my two month old son on the ground for some tummy time, and he hated it. The first time I put him on the Triangle, he was completely happy for several minutes! The Triangle really seemed to help him develop his neck muscles while keeping him happier than when he was flat on the ground. When i assembled the Triangle, I had a little bit of trouble snapping the red toy bar connectors into the base, but once they finally snapped in, everything worked perfectly. I loved the fact that the 2 required AA batteries were included with this product- Infantino knows how to help out a busy and scatter-brained new mom! I was so glad I didn't have to run back to the store for batteries. The musical timer is a nice part of the product, but beware if your baby has older siblings who will want to play the music over and over. After my four year old daughter kept hitting the play button and had the music playing for about 25 minutes straight, I was just about ready to take the batteries out again. :-) Like most music on baby items, the music isn't intended for adult listening enjoyment.
