Liked these plates. The patterns are fun, go well with my solid blue dinner plates. However, they are thin. Would have preferred more substantial dishes but the price was cheap so that's the reason. I will just be careful washing them.

Wow! These are really nice salad plates! I was impressed with the quality and design of these. They are thinner, like a high end porcelain plate, and the glazing is smooth, with no flaws. The mixed patterns add charm, and the size is perfect for a luncheon or salad plate.

I bought the salad plates and bowls. I especially like the designs on them. Also like that they can stack and don't take up much room although they are just the size I wanted to use as accent pieces to my white dishes. We had soup and sandwiches for dinner last night and these were perfect for that. I plan to use them for salads and desserts also. It is great that they are dishwasher and micro wave safe. I would have ordered matching cups but 17oz is bigger than I want. I'm sending bowls and plates to my daughter-in-law because she thought they were "so cute". I would highly recommend these dishes.

The plates are just right for desserts, salads, muffins, snacks, sandwich and more. Th design of the plates were well thought out. Each plate has a different design, a checkered, dots, and lines. The dishes are lightweight. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. A stylish and fun set of plates. Each plate is 8 inches. A versatile set of plates for everyday use. A casual style but classy at the same time. I love the Gap Collection plates.

We were happy to try the new Gap Home salad plates in exchange for our honest review. These plates are a generous 8" in size which makes them great for more than just salads as stated. They are true to color and pattern as shown in the pictures with no signs of fade like other brands we have purchased in the past. Our only concern is how well they will hold up. They state they are strong yet lightweight but to us they seem somewhat fragile. We would have given 5 stars had they seemed a bit more sturdy, but only time will tell how they hold up. We would recommend these if you are looking for something with a little "pizzazz" to liven up any occasion!
