Great price, easy to set up
Did not need a sim card, needed a new phone
great value hard to setup!
Refusing to set up my service for unknown cause and reason. Also deleting portions of live chat conversation.
The phone could not be activated even though the website states it is compatible. Took the phone to boostmobile store and got told it is not compatible. The customer service would not refund for the prepaid plan which I couldn't use. It is terrible.
