This stuff WORKS! i can't fall asleep without it. it's not expensive and i love it so much. i need it in order to sleep. i like the 5 mg or the 10 mg but i feel better taking the 5 mg!

This product unfortunately didn't work for me. I tried it for several weeks hoping it would help but it didn't. I would improve this product by maybe making it a stronger dose, or adding other herbs that in combination would provide a tranquil feeling enough to fade into sleep. Gave 3 stars because it is affordable and their other products I've tried have been decent. Sadly cannot recommend this particular one.
