GE 115 Volt Room Air Conditioner

The air conditioner works great and has nice automated features for the price. I should have purchase one with more BTUs to cool the area that I needed cooled. Overall a good buy. Would work well in a bedroom area.

How can you go wrong for $100 and free delivery to your home? That's what WalMart was offering when I purchased this unit. This 5000 BTU air conditioner is perfect for a small room. Cools down my 12 X 13 room in minutes. Unit was vary easy to install and not as heavy as other window units. Has a digital thermostat that registers both your setting and the air temperature inside the room. Also comes with a remote control that's easy to use. Has a 3 speed fan with a time delay of up to 24 hours. Fan is totally quiet. A tad noisy when the compressor kicks in but it never stopped me from falling asleep. Did I mention that the energy use is quite low?

My bedroom is the smallest part of my apartment and this AC does a great job cooling it. I have to shut it off periodically because it gets too cold. Very easy installation. Glad i bought it!
